Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns of unused, undamaged, and unaltered products in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it

It must include all original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging

Proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) is required

Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage may not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products may not be eligible for return, including:

Clearance or final sale items

Gift cards

Customized or special-order rugs

Products marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Email us at support@mekaylafitz.store with your order number, item name, and reason for return

We will respond with return instructions and a return shipping address

Pack the item securely and ship it using a trackable method

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item received.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please provide photos and a description of the issue. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

You’ll receive an email notification regarding the status of your refund

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like to swap your product for a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. If your order has already been processed or shipped, you must follow the return process after delivery.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for standard returns.
